This year has meant a quick switch to working remotely for many of us, and it wouldn’t be surprising if secure working practices have been a little lower down the priority list.
If that’s something you want to get sorted, we can help.
A couple of months ago we launched SafeStack Academy’sSecurity Awareness trainingfor small businesses. It’s an ongoing programme designed to make you and your team safer and more secure online.
There are eight bite-sized courses so far (with more to come), and each one is full of practical knowledge and actionable ways to improve the security of your business.
This week we’ve added a Security for Remote Working course. Whether your team has suddenly found itself in a remote working situation, or you went remote ages ago, we think you’ll find some valuable information in this course that will help keep everyone and everything safe online.
What’s in the course?
Our new course is designed to get learners up to speed in a manageable way, covering the risks you need to know about and how to protect yourself and your organisation.
Among other things, Security for Remote Working covers:
Safely accessing your organisation’s tools and services
What to watch out for when it comes to working in different places on different networks
Using computers and other devices securely
Like all ourSecurity Awarenesscourses, Security for Remote Working only takes a few minutes to work through, and brings together interactive activities and quizzes to make sure you get the most out of your learning.
You’ll also get a printable summary of the course for easy reference whenever you need it.
Who’s this course for?
We’ve designed it to be helpful for anyone who’s already working remotely, or may do so at some stage in the future. Even if you don’t work from home, you might work from a different location sometimes — so this course is for you, too.
